Homepage Logs Users Out

    When a customer, who is assigned a UM role, they are logged out when clicking the homepage, or even trying to access the homepage via a web search.

    If I disable UM the problem goes away.

    The problem doesn’t happen when using standard WordPress roles, only roles created by UM.

    Please advise.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the customer role settings? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit Customer Role.

    Also, how many user roles are assigned to your test custom user? Please go to WP Admin > Users > Search that user > see “Roles”.

    Here are the settings. I noticed the role wasn’t a custom UM role, but the issue goes away when the plugin is deactivated. There are 102 users with this role.

    Wholesale Roles Settings

    Dummy wholesale account

    username: [email protected]
    password: Testtest123

    When clicking the home page link it logs the account out.

    When it’s redirected to the homepage, is the URL has https/ssl?

    The site is https and the link is https as well.

    The plugin that creates the role is “Wholesale Prices for WooCommerce by Wholesale Suite” Any roles created by this plugin does the same thing and logs out when clicking a homepage link. Roles work perfectly when UM is disabled.

    Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, We haven’t tested it with that Woo addon. Let’s see if others in the forum have solutions to this issue.
