Homepage loggedout

When the user is logged in and when he go to the homepage in the home page its appears to be logged out also if you check it in the mobile mode that will be more good can you help me with this? Thank you very much

Note: If you want to know that the user is logged in or not in the homepage, you have to look at the menu if you see the registration link and the login link and if you do not see the dashboard link, it means that he is not logged in or maybe the problem I have will be the same
