Homepage loads very slowly after somewhile

Hello, the homepage load very fast if we keep visiting the website. However if we leave and come back later (maybe after 20mins), it becomes very slow (around 13 sec to display the screen). Anyway if we enter the link once more during the waiting, it will load immediately.

How to fix the problem? Thanks
