Homepage layout issue

Hi,

Our homepage has become completely corrupted today, the layout of all content areas below the welcome hero banner are now a big mess. I installed an update to Moesia theme as well as a few plugin updates shortly beforehand (not sure which). Also installed two plugins around the same time, but deactivated and deleted them and the issue was not resolved. I also rolled back to the previous version of Moesia, but this did not help either. Sub-pages appear to be ok so this only affects the home page. When logged into WordPress the homepage looks fine, but for all other users the homepage is a mess. Please help?
