Homepage – issue with multi language set up – front page sidebar

  • Hi, I use Polylang to switch language. My primary language is German, then English.
    I could set up the homepage with adding a slider and footer – which works for both languages. But when adding pages to the front page sidebar, this is only displayed correctly for german, for english this part of the page is blank just displaying the title of the page “home”. In the menu: front page sidebar: I see the english widgets in light grey – as if they are unabled…
    If I set up widgets here no matter what language I can still not see any content for the EN homepage.
    Please help.
