Homepage of my website is showing as Default Archive page in Settings which I have disabled for now. Why it’s not showing like https://mywebsite.com/web-stories/ inside settings?

I am using AMP for WP plugin as well. Is it because of this? Please help me identify this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

If you have disabled the stories archive page, you will not see the stories archive anywhere on your website. https://myindialive.com/web-stories will not work anymore.

Are you saying that the help text below the input field is misleading, or..?

I know it’s disabled. But, even if it’s enabled, the default archive page for web stories is showing in the screenshot above is the homepage, not the https://myindialive.com/web-stories/

I hope you got it what I wanted to say.

It’s a bit misleading in that situation, I see that. Thanks. We’ll look into it!

It’s been around 2 days of your last reply. Did you look into it? May I have an update?

We’ll change the text in our next update.

It’s just the text that is wrong, there is no issue otherwise. If you disable the archive it’s disabled.

But, I can see on my other websites where I am using this plugin, the text is not showing homepage URL as web stories archive page. The issue I am facing on this website only.

Again, we’ll fix this in our next update. In our next release, when the archive page is disabled, the text will correctly read “Turn off the default archive page at example.com/web-stories/ …”.

This is really just the text that’s incorrect, nothing to be concerned about.
