Homepage help!

on my self-hosted word press website, all the layout and structure to the homepage is off. When I go in through the admin console it works fine, but just to view it normally everything is weird. How can I fix this please? The pictures are wrong, the logos are the wrong size, the banner is missing entirely! Any advice greatly received
