Homepage Featured Content Image Size

My Featured Content Image Sizes seem off.
I followed this link for installation instructions:
https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest/At first my featured images were the same as the slider (1140X450px), then I tried making the featured images (690X462px) and then 800px width, but none look as good as the demo page.
Suggestions? Auto-size option?
