Homepage (featured) content boxes don’t show up on PC and on iphone in live mode

    The three featured boxes on my homepage don’t show up when I look at the page on my phone or on pc when I log out from WordPress or another word when the website is live. When I click the little mobile button when customising, they show up, but not when I actually go to the website. Please help ??
