Homepage Excerpts not aligned

Hi,
I am currently using Genesis Framework+Eleven 40 Child Theme. When you visit my home page recent post excerpts are not aligned properly. When I contacted Studiopress they are saying it is all about Cache plugin issue. Please let me know what to do.
