Homepage error

I have a problem with my homepage. I don’t have any problem with my differents articles (e.g. https://www.thomas.guiraud.co/biologie/evolution-de-la-mortalite-cumulee-lors-de-lepidemie-debola-en-afrique-de-louest-en-2014/ and the english version) but I have an 403 error when I try to read the english version (https://www.thomas.guiraud.co/en/) for my homepage (https://www.thomas.guiraud.co/).

Any solution ?
