Homepage embed not showing on mobile site

    Hi, a number of forms from Hustle recently stopped working.

    An embed in my sidebar stopped working, I fixed this by creating a new one but couldn’t get old one working.

    Currently the homepage sign-up embed is working on desktop but not on mobile.

    Also the pop up sign-up form is working on desktop but not on mobile.

    I have checked they are set to visible across the whole site.

    Currently the homepage sign-up embed is working on desktop but not on mobile.

    I just used it from my Android phone with success (dimitris.kalliris+*********@incsub.com)

    Also the pop up sign-up form is working on desktop but not on mobile.

    Same with that, I was able to signup successfully (I’m now part of the gang!)

    Is this resolved by now?
    If not, could you please let me know what mobile device and OS you’re using and what’s exactly happening? The form isn’t visible, or there’s no confirmation message, or after confirmation user isn’t added into the list.
    Please advise!

    Hi Dimitris,

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Unfortunately it’s still not working on my mobile (Motorola G6 Play, Android 9). The whole sign up box is not visible and displays a blank space. I’ve now noticed if you click in the blank space you can enter your details though nothing is visible.

    With the popup, nothing pops up. There doesn’t seem to be an issue with confirmation or users added to list.

    I’ve checked your site on 4 different browsers on my android phone and I’m afraid that I couldn’t see the issue on any of them.
    Can you tell me which browser are you using? Do you use Chrome or Motorola has its own browser included?
    Did you try testing it on any other phone and browser?

    Hi Predrag,

    I’m using Chrome. We have also looked on my partners phone and it also doesn’t show (she has the same model phone as me).

    I can attach a screenshot if that would be easier?

    Also to note, there is also no popup signup box on mobile either. This has also been tested on both mine and my partner’s phone.
