Homepage down after adding new SEO info to Yoast SEO

I was adding new SEO info to the Yoast section of my site’s home page – Focus keyphrase, SEO title and meta description – and for some reason it hasn’t broken the page. The rest of the site is displaying fine but the home page is now basically blank and not displaying any content from my theme.

I have updated to the latest version of Yoast SEO and tried to go back in WP revisions but neither has brought the home page back up.
