Homepage dissappeared after installing "Add to Footer" plugin

Hello there!
I recently installed the “Add to Footer” plugin and now—with the exception of my nav bar and footer—the visual elements on my homepage have disappeared. All of my other pages are fine and the images are all there. Can someone please help? Below is my website.
