Homepage can't be indexed! [Yoast SEO]

    Greetings!
    After upgrading Yoast SEO Plugin to version 3.0.x I get this message on my dashboard:
    “Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines. This is very bad for SEO and should be fixed.”
    I have tried Fetch the current status and refreshed the page, but that did not work!
    I also went to Onpage.org and found that there are two broken pages titled?503 Service Unavailable :

    • www . mywebsite . com
    • www . mywebsite . com/sitemap.xml
