Homepage Cache is not updating

Hi,
The homepage of my blog is refusing to update to a new cache: https://www.businessbrokendown.com/

That means that my newest post is still not visible to some.

1. I don’t have an active caching plugin
2. If you go to inspect> network on the homepage the document has a 304 status
3. The admin bar is also missing from the homepage
4. Every other page is perfect. The admin bar is showing and the other pages have a 200 status.
5. If I type in: https://www.businessbrokendown.com/?action=nocache then the problem with my homepage is corrected.
6. I have already tried clearing my browser cache.
7. My hosting service says there is no issue on my server logs (they weren’t very helpful)
