Homepage blank apart from hyperlink: WordPress backups by UpdraftPlus

My home page is missing at https://www.frankstebbing.com/ It is blank apart from a hyperlink: “WordPress backups by UpdraftPlus” to their website.

I’ve checked in Chrome & Safari and other devices – same thing.

I can access all other pages apart from homepage from within my WP admin e.g. https://www.frankstebbing.com/my-work.

I contacted my host (Hostmonster) who did a re-install from last week’s back-up (before it went bad) – no result. When asked, he mentioned “The only thing i can think of is that the coding for the main one in terms of the htaccess is different from the others.”

I’m not a coder and so do not understand this.

I’ve updated to latest WP plus all plug. I am desperately looking for a quick fix as this website is essential for my freelance business.

Suggestions hugely appreciated.
