• I believe it was working yesterday, but today, if on the homepage, using any other menu tabs does nothing. However, if on other pages, all menu tabs work normally. I have inherited a project where the prev. web-guy used Elementor and installed 29 plugins, activating only 12. There also are revision counts up to 830, and this for a site that has been up for 6-8 months… I am moving the site to a non-Elementor platform/theme, but in the meantime, the current site should be functional.

All helpful recs will be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Steve Keller

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Great recs, James…thanks! Go Daddy was down for a bit this am, but it’s back, so may try this later. Best, Steve

    Hi,

this is caused by the 175px negative margin (always a good recipe for disaster) on the elementor div, see screenshot.

This causes that specific elementor elements content (post with slider) to overlap the navigation menu above it, rendering the links in the menu unclickable and useless.
