I’ve rebuilt a client’s Sitefinity site in WordPress. The interior pages display fine, but when entering the WordPress site url, i.e., “familypromisejax.org”, it changes to “familypromisejax.org/home.aspx” — and of course I get a 404 error because there’s no such page.

The old site is hosted elsewhere. The new one is on BlueHost. How is the “home.aspx” extension being added to the URL, and how can I stop it from appearing?

    Thanks for any advice.

That isn’t happening for me. The site opens as expected at familypromisejax.org – I checked the IP, and it was a unified layer address, so I believe I was looking at the Bluehost site. I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.

Works for me too. Have you tried to delete your local browser cache?

I can’t believe I didn’t think to clear the cache. Thanks. This was driving me crazy.
