    can you help me about this?

    The theme has a .po and a .mo files under /engrave-lite/languages
    Translate the po file (and make a mo file) with poedit (poedit.net)for example, name them as the language code you need to use in your wesite following the name standards you’ll find here: https://wpcentral.io/internationalization/
    (es.mo for Spanish, ca.mo for Catalan and so on) and you’ll get the theme translated.

    No. That’s only to display localizaed test on the theme (i.e. home “next” “read more…” and similar text.
    To translate the theme options you’ll have to edit the files in the theme.
