Home star rating problem

  • Dear,
    I added star rating to home page and posts (index.php) using echo kk_star_ratings(); and stars are showing correctly but the Rich Snippet code not available in home page source.
    I also checked Home location in settings but nothing changed.

    Rich snippets are not supported for template based ratings.

    This is because you are manually showing the ratings in a template which the plugin does not know about before hand.

    You may however manually embed the rich snippets code in the head section for those ratings wherever desired.

    Hi i have a problem with the plugin KKstar rating
    When I check with Rich Result Test on Google, 2 items are detected :
    1 ok : type aggregating, rating value 5; best rating 5, rating count 3
    1 is wrong : it says “title”
    type aggregating, rating value (score) ; best rating (best), rating count (count).
    Why a second item appeared with nothing.
    How can I fix the problem?
