    Hi again!
    Site username: test, passwd testme
Can I adjust the cropping of the slider image – looks centred – can I crop the lhs and leave the right hand side intact (to show the text in the image).
I followed previous advice to make the image wide so the slider image is 2048 px wide with the slider maximum width set to 1170
NB I know I can adjust the caption CSS but doesn’t look right on mobiles so would prefer the text as part of the image
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey,
Sorry for the delay. There isn’t a function to adjust the image position when using the flex slider. You would either need to add your text through the title and description tabs within the flex slider settings or else align your text more centered on the image itself. Would either of these options work for you?
Just to note, Virtue Premium comes with the Kadence Slider which allows you to position your images as you’re wanting. There is also an option for a separate slider for mobile.
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hi Hannah
    Thanks that’s super helpful.
On a similar note is there a kadence block (free or premium) that allows a large square background image with a clickable href tag to another url over the whole image area AND text over the image (rather than incorporated as part of the image or below or to the side of the image).
Haven’t found one yet (Kadence info box is close) but do see this on other websites. e.g. homepage of https://www.harrodhorticultural.com/
    Thanks again

I can’t think of any block that would do this, but you could create this effect using the Kadence Slider. See here: https://www.kadencewp.com/knowledge-base/kadence-slider-create-new-slider/
Let me know if you have any questions on that!
