Home Services Section Icons

Is it possible to make the icons in the home services section clickable? Meaning can I make it possible for visitors to click on the icon and have it direct them to another page on the site? If not possible in the free version, is it possible in the pro version? I ask because in the demo on the pro version when you click on them they direct you to other pages.
