Home page will not show

I created a home page, set it as a static page under the Settings-Reading section but cannot view it live. The site should be: https://horizonscenter.com/wordpress/ but instead I am getting the following error:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I’ve deleted cookies, cleared cache… everything I can think. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
