    Hello,

    I’m taking the liberty of contacting you because I’m encountering a problem on a client’s site (https://www.maison-alcee.com/).
    It’s a WordPress 6.6.1 site using the following extensions:

    The problem is as follows:
    The first video on the home page (the one that takes up the whole screen when you arrive on the page) is sometimes not displayed (https://ibb.co/5GFw7T0), especially on certain mobile devices (often under Safari) or on computers. When this happens, scrolling down the page brings up the video.
    A few months ago, we were using another extension (WP Rocket) and I was able to correct this bug. However, since we switched to NitroPack, which optimizes the site very well, this problem has resurfaced.

    Would you have any suggestions or avenues to explore to solve this problem?

    Hey @loic45 ,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    It’s possible that the issue could come from the Lazy Loading feature which we apply or from the fact that the JavaScript resources are loading only from user interaction.

    However, in order to confirm this, we will need a reproducible scenario. What I can suggest is contacting our Support team at?[email protected]?or via the chat widget within our App Dashboard.
