Home Page Title Not Showing Proper

I recently added a wp site using Yoast from the beginning day. I configured a static home page and applied a Yoast SEO title (ie: My Best Widgets Today – My Company), yet in Google and Bing search it comes up with the Home page WP title (ie: My Company – Home). This has recently happened on another site also. What can I do?
