Home Page Title

Hi,
In my wordpress blog I have default home page title but when I navigate under the pages sidebar title it does not come on the list of headings. I understand this is because it is static therefore it does not show. I have create one other title which does show up. My question is how can i swap these around, is it possible? i.e move the home title one across and my new one first
