As I indicated I have done all of those things even created a new Home Page added the Budiness Template and set the Static Page to show Home.

Here is my site as you can see no change.

For this Follow below step :

1. Create a New post
2. assign Slider Image
3. Save and Publish Slider post
4. Go to Slider setting and select your slider post (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> slider setting >> then select your slider post )
5. save & publish then check your website.
