Home Page sometimes does not preload

@confusedneedhelp Can you please try to purge the cache and then try to manually preload it from WP-Optimize > Cache and check if it works?

Ok, if I manually purge the cache the homepage does not preload. All other pages preload ok. Then when I visit the homepage it caches it ok and subsequent visits hit the cache. I check this on View Page Source on Chrome. The advanced settings boxes are empty so it should be caching the homepage on preload right?

Interesting I just purged the cache and kept hitting reload on my file manager in the cache folder. I saw index.html appear for a second, then when I refreshed the folder it was gone. Weird eh?

@confusedneedhelp Can you please try to disable other plugins one by one and then try to preload and check if homepage gets cache?

It all works ok when I deactivate Business Directory Plugin. The home page does include a shortcode from this plugin to display listings. Any ideas on how I can stop this from deleting the cached page on preload? It is caching initially during the preload but then gets deleted at the end.

@confusedneedhelp I suspect something is avoiding from the page getting cached from Business Directory plugin.

Have you contacted the Business directory plugin authors and reported the issue to them?

The page caches ok. But then it gets deleted at the end of the preload process. I have set the cache to never expire and will just manually cache the home page by visiting it once. This is the fix for now. I hope in future updates it will work.
