    You can see the homepage has the latest posts: it is arranged so that there is a rectangle and you can see a smaller preview of the image, and a little intro. And then you can link to the full post.

  • A quick view of that site’s home page “source code” (HTML, etc.) tells me that there are a lot of plugins, some apparently “not free”, in use. And what appears to be a custom theme built just for that site.

    The author appears to be a professional web site designer, so you may wish to contact her directly, as she seems willing to answer questions.
