Home page Sidebar width setting error

    I want a home page with news. Exactly the same as it is in the example. BUT! The sidebar is too high, more specifically large. Each sidebar is too big.
    Where can I set this up?
    I tried the layout menu. Failed. I do not understand what could be the problem …

    Reason. I see that there is a sidebar with two side by side (Left-Right). Where can I remove the right sidebar?
