Home page section images are blurry

Under Theme Options / Homepage Content, I upload a photo to the Pre-made Homepage Content Areas. I have 3 sections. The image gets resized automatically to 320px x 107px which results in a blurry image. How can I not have the image resized — or — what should I do to not have a blurry image? Thank you so much.
