    Hi guys
Let me first say awesome plug-in! I loved it so much I then recommended it to my YouTube subscribers as a must have for all wordpress websites
    BUT
After getting my website from 10 to 99
And demonstrating in my YouTube channel how cool the plugin is, I suddenly received a load of complaints saying my website page speed is 10 not 99
I’ve just checked and for some reason my home page ( that had been optimised) now isn’t

This is incredibly in embarrassing as I now have a slow site and a video that makes your plugin look like it a fictional setup.

So Im aware that the free version has limitations, but with the footer advert I assumed the initial pages were optimised and each month more pages were optimised as long as they display the footer link.

Any idea why my home page is not optimised? When it was originally.
Is there a way of forcing it

My search console now says all my pages are slow

My website is only around 20 pages plus 100 posts

    Maybe my setup is wrong

Thanks in advance as I’m sure I’m doing something wrong

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @zanet,

Thanks for the kind words and feedback!

Sorry if the way the Free plan works is confusing, here’s more in-depth information:

Currently NitroPack works based on page optimizations. You can read more about what counts as a page optimization here https://help.nitropack.io/en/articles/3281334-what-is-a-page-optimization. Once the monthly quota is reached new optimizations will not be made until the next reset date (or a plan upgrade) but you can still make use of the already made optimizations. This means that if you have optimized the home page it will stay optimized even after the monthly optimization quota is reached. However if the cache file for this page gets purged then the page will have to be re-optimized which can happen when the monthly quota gets reset.

By default NitroPack is configured to automatically purge the necessary cache files when content is being edited. However you can disable this behavior through the NitroPack > Automated Behavior > Purge affected cache when content is updated or published option. This can help you manage your monthly quota better, but keep in mind that if you disable this option you will have to manually purge the cache when you publish/update content.

    Does this help clear things?

    Ok thanks for the response
I think I probably purged the home page due to the footer links needing to show the latest blog.
Additionally, my renew is just about to kick in, so I think that now makes sense
its also seems to of fixed itself, so this is great

    Thanks again
