Does the site or server have caching enabled? Or your browser cache/cookies need clearing?

Yes, I’ve alreasy cleared up the cache and cookies, but the changes still doesn’t seem to take effect.

Can you post a link to the site? Have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme?

The changes took effect once, then when I changed something again. It still doesn’t immediately take effect. I had to repeat clearing up the cache and cookies, over and over, but does not always allow me to see changes. I’m not a pro with WordPress, but I know the basics, so I’m not sure what I had been missing.

Some ISPs also run a cache…
