Home page not Showing properly in any browser, blank on mobile devices

    Hi, SKT White Theme Developers/ Support!

    How are you? I just began using your theme on yesterday because I think it’s beautiful. I am currently using the free version because I would like to give the theme a test run before I consider possibly upgrading. Currently, I am having a couple of issues. Please help! Yes, I decided to email you directly because it doesn’t appear that you all provide much support in the WordPress forum for individuals that opt to purchase the free version. Instead it appears that you encourage them to upgrade rather than providing full support.

    If someone is considering upgrading that would most definitely discourage them. No one will be comfortable paying for something if they are dissatisfied with the support provided, etc. It is my sincere hope that you provide support to all that download your theme whether free or otherwise… that would be exercising good customer service and business practices. The home page is completely screwed up. All of the proper image sizes, logos, etc were uploaded, but my home page doesn’t look anything like what I saw in the live preview for this site, prior to installing. This website is said to be mobile friendly, but it doesn’t show up on tablets, mobile devices, or any other handheld device.

    Is this theme designed to work across all mobile platforms, browsers, etc because I am seeing a blank white page only. I would like to decrease the height of the navigation bar menu, is that possible? In the latest post section there are 8 featured stories how do I minimize that number to 4? Also, I uploaded a transparent logo, but in viewing the site it has a white background that I do not want. 0_0 The contact and read more options do not link.

    If you can assist me with this matter as soon as possible… I would greatly appreciate it. If you can provide css codes and instructions to make adjustments that would be awesome,rather than a plugin resolution. Thanks so much! By the Way will also post this message in the support forum.     Hi, Jan!
    It was not resolved and evidently someone saw it and marked it as so because I did not. I have been trying to get assistance with these issues for a few days. Other threads have been responded to and mine has not. Can you assist me?
