    Hi guys,

    For some reasons today my homepage is not showing. I’d just installed a plugin that I have already deactivated but the homepage is not showing anyways. I don’t know if I have some cache that doesn’t allow me to watch the homepage again (I’ve cleared it)

    thanks

    Actually, the front page doesn’t show up and it doesn’t matter if it is another page

    before I changed to the blog one I could see it and I asked one of my friends and he could only see when the blog one was the home page

    also, when I created a new page and add the content from the “older” home page to the new page and set as a homepage, then I could see everything except for the 3 featured pages

    I’m really lost…

    I’m disabling all my plugins now

    not working.

    I think the problem is clear (not the solution):

    the index page doesn’t load the content.

    I can see all the pages if they are not set as homepage

    Would I fix the problem by uploading a backup from 2 days ago? if it worked I would do that and redo the work done after

    But the pages are still cached.. by supercache.

    Honestly I don’t know if you’ll get it back just uploading your backup.. I think there’s something else which isn’t working.. but dunno what exactly is.

    but how is it possible. Yesterday It was working and today, with no changes, it is not working

    I think the fact that the website isn’t shown when I open the custom css must have something to do.

    here the screenshot

    yes, is the same reason.
    Why the home page isn’t shown? If isn’t show normally isn’t shown in the customize too ??

    Is there any solution Rocco?

    I’ve tried to clean the supercache with the plugin but it says there aren’t any cached files

    then I test the cache but it says the following:

    Honestly really don’t know,
    never happened something like that.
    Looks like whatever you change you can access the front page :/
    Permalink issue? dunno
    Did you try to ask to your hosting provider? Maybe a server’s misconfiguration?
    I didn’t get if you tried with a different static page and if still occurs, maybe there’s something wrong in that specific page?
    Other possibilities, db corruption?

    I’m really sorry I don’t have a clear idea of what could be ??

    (gotta go for some hours)

    I tried other static pages and it doesn’t work. It worked for a while with the blog page. but not anymore…

    Actually yesterday night it was working fine and today it wasn’t, with no change made.

    I’m uploading a previous version now to see if I can fix it. Not many hope though.

    I will ask my server provider too to see if something is happening

    Thanks for the effort

    Hi, can you try to follow this usual debug workflow and see what you get ?
    Also, enable the debug mode in your wp-config and report any php notice or warning.
    thanks

    maybe it has no relation but I tried to use the google translator plugin, but later I disabled it

    to enable the debug mode, do I have to change false to true in the wp-config.php, right
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    I don’t want to make a mess now, hehe

    debug mode is active when :
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
