Home page not secure, trying to locate http//.. : image references

Progress so far:

Installed SSL certificate
Got hosting space provider to force SSL
Used Search & Replace to replace all http references to https

Ran whynopadlock, results: https://www.whynopadlock.com/results/f47a97f1-7438-42cc-9d22-7651f5740dff

There seem to be 4 hard-coded references to images on the home page with file paths of he form https://www.braintrainuk.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/1.jpg.

I have been trying to work out where this is coded so I can change to https: but either I’ve been looking in the wrong place or looking for the wrong thing.

Please can anyone help?
