Home page not displaying the last thumbnail

hello friends alex has done a great work here.

but my blog at https://smallbusinessinnigeria.com is not displaying the last thumbnail and content before archive to the next page.there is a wide space just beside the post about nelson mandela down down the website,i want my next post to appear there first, then a new latest post will push whatever post there to the next page.,but is not working like that.
how do i make it to work so,i.e to fill that space with a thumbnail and post.
