Home Page Not Displaying the Correct Photo Gallery

  • I am using the most recent WP version 4.1.1 and the most recent Portfolio Press current version 2.6.0. I have a static home page featuring just images. However, this home page insists on displaying my Whole image library instead of the images that I have chosen for the page. When you scroll through using the navigation links images that are not displayed on the Home page are viewed as well.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    That is actually how the portfolio/image gallery templates are supposed to work. They display all your posts of that format.

    If you want a static page with just an inserted gallery (of your choosing), don’t set the page template.

    I’m following this thread now, so let me know if any of that is unclear.
