Home page no content and can't find it among pages

    Hi !Thank you for this theme! I started developing a site for a non-profit, and I can’t get the Home page work. I want to make it a static front page with a slider including 3 featured pages, just like in your demo, but the Home page is not on the list of pages anywhere, not in the menu settings, and I can only set one of my own added pages as a front static page. How do I setup the Home page?

    The “Home” page is not given by the theme itself, you will have to create your own page called “Home”

    For that you can create a blank home page from
    Dashboard -> Pages -> Add new page

    After that you can select the page as static front page,

    And if you would want to disable the content of the page on the home page you can simply go to

    Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Home Page Options

    and disable the Show Home Content Options

    Thank you! I appreciate your help. Now I ended up having 2 Home menu items; the pre-existing Home, which doesn’t go anywhere, and the one for the page Home I added. If I go to Appearance -> Menus, it doesn’t have an option to delete any menu items.
    What do I do?

    Hi Yjn,

    It shouldn’t be complicated to delete any menu items.

    Go to Appearance > Menus > Click “arrow” icon next to the menu item name, you will see the ‘Remove’ link.

    Hey, thanks! I figured it out. I thought the menu was being created automatically as I added pages – that’s how it looked like. I had to create the menu first. So I created it and now I can work with it. Thanks for your help!
