Home Page missing from Dashboard/Pages

  • Using a 2016 child theme. All working fine until…. my home page just disappeared! It’s not listed at all under Pages in the WP dashboard. All other pages are OK and so are the posts. Will the page be saved in the DB? Is it possible to reinstate it?
