• Hello. Homepage of my website auto-turns to its mobile version so often. Then it turns back to normal again and after some days it again turns to the mobile version.

When it turns to the mobile version, I can’t find the ‘About Field’ and ‘Footer Logo’ in the footer. They are missing. I guess this affects my other pages(posts) as well though I did see only one time that other pages were affected by this issue.

I’m using the tagDiv Newspaper theme and LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
