    I have this line at the bottom of my wordpress home page that I was wondering if it comes from a plugin or wrodpress. Here’s the HTML:

    <small>
    <font color="#C0C0C0" style="font-size: 9pt">Content is Protected by </font>
    <a title="????????" href="https://pretty-pictures-ar.blogspot.com/">
    <font color="#C0C0C0" style="font-size: 9pt;text-decoration: none;">????????</font></a>

    It’s this content protected thing with a link to an aribic site. What is this and how do I get rid of it?

    Also, when I see css styles, I know how to find the code in the style.css file. But when you see something on an html page, where are th worpress html files? Where do I search for words like “Content is protected” if the whole wordpress directory only has php files and no html files?

    Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

    Perhaps that’s a plugin’s signature for disabling right click.

    Yes, it was wordpress prevent copy paste plugin. But still, what about the second part of my question… when you see something generated on html (like those words generated by the plugin) how do you search for these if the plugin files are only php? How does the php files generate html text without it being in any file? Is it calling text from the plugin’s owner’s server or something?

    Ok, I found the text in the php file. Thanks.
