Home Page has no Edit Button

    Hello,
    I sent a query earlier but ended up in the spam trap.
    The “Edit” button is missing from my Home page. Have followed several of the solutions on here but nothing has worked.
    I am really hoping there may be solution: Some appear rather beyond me.
