Home page doesn't show latest posts, If I use Cache with max-age and validation not

  • Hello all!

    If I choose W3Total, web browser cache control policy as “Cache with max-age and validation”, after I published a new post I can’t see that new posts on my blog home page. But sitemap shows the newest posts URL. Using that site map URL, I can access the new posts. Then I cleared my web browser cache and test, but no luck. Still home page doesn’t show the latest posts.

    However if I use “Cache with max age”, no issue. What is the reason that if I use Cache with max-age and validation home page not showing my latest posts?
