• Hi

Just upgraded a clients site to the latest version of this theme and the home page changed to the “Frontpage” template although it still shows as “Default” on the page

How do I get it back to “Default”?

This is rather important as the client doesn’t want to use the “Frontpage” template on their home page.

Fortunately I took a backup before updating so I’ve rolled back to v 0.2.0, but unless I can get the home page to not use the “Frontpage” template we’re either going to have to never update further or find another theme. Thanks

  • Hey Trevor,

I am not sure if I understood you correctly. In order to setup the theme as shown in demo, your static front page should be a page using “frontpage” template. Let us know ??

if you have a look at k4law.com/index.php (make sure you look at index.php as the site is hiding behind the old one) you’ll see what the homepage looks like with v 0.2.0 using the “Default” template

After I upgraded the theme, the home page was still using the “Default” template” but it looked like it was using the “Frontpage” template”. The client wants to continue using the “Default” template

Any progress on this? Until it is fixed we can’t update the theme on my client’s site

    Hi,

I am really sorry for the late answer. If what I understood is correct, you can update the theme to the latest version 0.2.3 and use the option “Keep the old static frontpage template?” from the Advanced options panel, as mentioned here in the documentation: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/186-llorix-one-documentation#s1.

Please let me know if this helps or I can help with anything else.

    Regards,
    Rodica
