Home page disappears in Sydney Theme when the Polylang plugin is activated

  • Hi there,
    I have a website which I’ve built in the Sydney Theme. I installed the Polylang plugin but on activation, the main content of my home page disappears, ie the 2 slider images and 2 call to action buttons. If I de-activate the plugin again, the content reappears. I’ve tried deactivating my other plugins but this makes no difference. I’ve also have contact with the Sydney Theme support guys but they’re not sure why this is happening and suggested contacting you guys.
    Can you help please?

    I am having the same problem, using the Customizr Pro theme. No slider, no featured pages, not even a simple page on the homepage. Only if I say, I want to see the latest posts on the front page, everything works fine. But not if say “no page or post” or a predifined page.
