Home page desktop preview showing ‘home’ slug

    On the home page, in the Yoast SEO section, the desktop result preview is showing the ‘home’ slug as part of the URL: carinerozen.com/home/

    This seems strange!

    Using WordPress 5.5 and Yoast 14.7.

    Help appreciated.

    Yes, the homepage should not appear. This sounds like a known issue that affects sites static front pages. The Yoast Snippet Preview incorrectly displays the homepage title. However, this does not affect how your site appears in search results.
