Home page Content Boxes not Displaying

    Hi,

    Since installing the fixed theme (3.2.2) the home page content boxes haven’t displayed. Well they actually displayed for a few minutes until I edited the color of the fourth (new one). Then none displayed. https://BrisBIM.com

    Any ideas?

  • same problem, have installed 3.2.2 and the content boxes have disappeared. any chance of a fix.

    be sure to have checked the boxes in the front page boxes settings in the theme options

    same problem, installed 3.2.2 and content boxes disappeared after I deleted information for 4th box. There is only one box to check to enable all content boxes. Mine is checked and still nothing. Any thoughts?

    I am missing all of the content boxes. The enable box is checked. Is there a way to reinstall version 3.1.0? It was working perfectly. Any suggestions on how to get the content boxes showing again?

    Yep, was working fine before upgrade. Fourth box appeared (it worked fine too) but when I tried to edit the colour of the icons and saved, they all disappeared! I’ve tried unchecking and re-checking the “Enable Front Page Content Boxes”, with no effect. They just won’t reappear!

    Any other options?

    Had the same problem when i tried to remove box 4 but went to Appearance – Theme Options then Front Page Content Boxes and ticked the enable content box #

    Unbelievable!
    I was checking the “Enable Front Page Content Boxes” in the Appearance/Customise and Appearance/Themes/Customise but not Appearance/Theme Options, where there is a tick box option for EACH box compared to the single on/off for ALL boxes in the other areas. The upgrade must have left the main check box enabled but disabled the individual on/off options.

    Once I enabled the individual boxes it all works as expected! Thanks KCMark for the clue (removing box 4), which had me double checking all options (I hadn’t seen any options for individual control). I also completely missed Romik84’s comment pointing me to the correct location (in fairness I thought the settings gave you the same options when accessed from all 3 places)!

    Thank to all! I was doing the same thing Mark was doing. Once I found my way to Appearance/Theme Options there was a tick box for each box as opposed to only one tick box found in other areas.
