Home Page Content Blocking Main Page Image

Please view my site at https://www.iaspiretoinspire.org and advise how I can get the main image on the home page to display.

The Home Page content is blocking the Maing Image and I would like to move it down to look like the following sample: (https://themeforest.net/theme_previews/3362482-the-cause-multipurpose-nonprofit-psd-template?index=15). Please assist.
